Skyline Roofing contracted Richard to complete a 138,600 square foot metal roof restoration project for us. This was not a simple project due to the exsisting conditions of the metal panels, high tech tenants, multiple levels and elevations and the general enviroment.

Prior to commencement of work, Richard was great at communicating his strat date and what I needed to coordinate on my end. The project took a little over 3 weeks to complete, in which time Richard faced a blizzard, another snow sotmr, rain, morning dew and several days of extremely high winds. All the time he persevered and kept the job on track. During the restoration process he kept me informed on any and all incidences and details that enabled me to communicate clearly and timely with my client as well as tenants and manufacturer reps.

The completed job looked beautiful and everyone involved was very happy with the final project. I would not hesitate to recommend Richard and Elite Roof Systems for any project, regardless of complexity or size, for which he felt capable of completing.”

“Richard took on a big project with our 50yr old restaurant roof. Our flat concrete roof was deteriorating quickly. We had multiple indoor water leaks and the surface of the roof was shedding layers. Richard was quick to respond to our call, surveyed our situation and was prompt with suggestions and a bid. He brought us a sample of the coating system he recommended and information on the product and warranty. He showed us aerial views and photos he had taken of all the bad areas in need of repair. After approving the work, he was prompt on getting us scheduled. The entire process was very professional. Richard kept us informed each step of the way. He took numerous photos as he worked, showing us the condition of the roof and making suggestions along the way. He was on the job site and answered any questions we had. We have more than five AC units on our roof along with Walk-in cooler condensers and hood fans.
